Clark V. Britton

Clark Britton was born in Baltimore, MD and is a Wichita artist who has worked as a designer, illustrator and film maker. He received his BA in 1952 and his MA in 1955 in Applied Art from Auburn University, Auburn, MD. His post graduate work was at Ohio State University (1961) and MIT (1980). He was an Instructor of Art at Auburn Univesity 1955-1957. He is a Professor Emeritus at Wichita State University as he taught there from 1957-2000, where he was Chairman of the Graphic Design Department and Coordinator of the Foundation Program from 1990-1995. His art includes printmaking, paper cut digital printmaking, painting, handmade books and digital paintings.
