Lloyd C. Foltz

Lloyd Foltz was born in Fosteria, KS. He was a graduate of the Chicago Academy of Fine Arts in 1922. He was a charter member of the Prairie Print Makers. Began work as a draftsman for Southwestern Bell. He taught at the Wichita Art Association, and was President of the Wichita Artists Guild. He worked at Western Lithograph for 34 years until his retirement. He passed away in 1990 in Wichita, KS.
