I have enjoyed painting since childhood. When working in Edinburgh I attended Edinburgh Art school evening classes which I found most helpful. Many evening classes were attended in Elgin High school at a time when these were available. I exhibited at many Moray Arts Society exhibitions over the years, selling quite a number.

I am greatly inspired by nature, particularly at the moment in wild flowers and berries. I have 15 designs of wild flower cards currently and most of these can be seen on Instagram or by email from me. I enjoyed lockdown as I had so much more time to paint and have sold quite a number since then.

My husband served in the Territorial Army for 26 years and I supported him in all respects during this time. My husband continued with military activities during his 15 year period as Lord Lieutenant of Moray, now retired, and this also involved my support considerably and enjoyably.
