Tony Blake

Tony Blake received his BFA from Wichita State University and founded Tony Blake Design in 1977, a branding agency that has developed award-winning designs in the advertising, environmental and interactive media realms throughout the United States and worldwide for retail, food service, aviation, manufacturing, financial, healthcare, hospitality and service businesses. Blake served as a consultant in the development of visual arts department and as an instructor in Client Communications and Graphic Design in the College of Art and Design at Wichita State University. Blake's art is centered on his attraction to the multitude of colors, shapes and textures found in nature and the intricate ways in how they interact with one another. With an appreciation for simplicity, Blake seeks to deny limitations to singular styles. Instead, he strives to establish positive, energetic, and non-static visual representation that the viewer can enjoy.
