From top to bottom, and left to right:

Design was cut from another source and pasted onto this page. It is in the shape of a rectangle and is decorated with curving leaves and flowers. In the center is a topless woman with a snake coiled around her arm, contained within a heart-shaped frame. At the top of the frame are two birds that flank a flower in the center.
