Amuletic pendant

This amuletic pendant represents Ra-Harakhte, a falcon-headed Egyptian deity who is an amalgam of Horus and Ra. Horus, the solar god of divine kingship was the son of Osiris and Isis and Ra was the god of the sun. A Uraeus, or upright cobra sits in front of the sun disc headdress.
