Large-scale symmetrical repeat of crown clasping two out-curving lobed leaves alternating or framing spreading bouquet of tulips flanked by small birds. In crimson cut and uncut velvet on gold ground now sparsely covered with tarnished silver. Lobed guard strip top and bottom. Two broad selvages striped in pink.
