Breaking Free
Inspired by cultural diversity, photographer Ivy Vainio lives and works in Duluth, Minnesota. Vainio says of her work, "My images celbrate Blackness through a collective sense of survivial. To break free from all of what we and our ancestors have been through and creating our own way of rising above it all and succeeding."
