These English 18th century console tables are attributed to William Kent, English architect, interior designer, landscape gardener, and painter, a principal master of the Palladian architectural style.

Eagles with spreading wings form the central supports for green-veined heavy marble tops. Decorated with leaf and Greek key designs, the giltwood tables stand on cabriole legs with hoof feet.
