Worship of Krishna as Parthasarathi (the charioteer of Partha or Arjuna) came into practice as a consequence of the teachings in Bhagvadgita. The impressive image of Parthasarathi occupies the central space in this painting. A donor couple in white robes has been accommodated in the left corner of the painting.
