Stan Wayman
1927 - 1973
Stan was born in Moore Haven, FL and grew up in the Florida Everglades. He began photographing wildlife at the age of 12. After being in the Navy, he joined the Miami Herald in 1950. He was a freelance photographer from 1955 to 1957, when he joined Life Magazine. He passed away in 1973.
