Vertical rectangle. An escutcheon bears the six stars of the Altieri: - 3, 2, 1. On top a prelate's hat with tassels. The escutcheon is supported at left by a flying and trumpeting angel. At right flies Saturnus, supporting with his left hand the hat and raising with his right hand an hour-glass. Garlands and usual background.
