Purple gauze over red silk. In center, a crucifix with the sun, moon and stars in silks and gold, surrounded by sun rays in paillettes and fine gold embroidery. Angels in the corners swing chalices and the ground is strewn with cherubim in silks and gold. Two inscriptions in Armenian, of which the earlier is undated: "In memory of Lady Takouhi, deceased in Constantinople, daughter of Sir Tovma, the fat merchant and Muslim native of Tokat, and for the enjoyment of Archimandrite Aristakes." "Rededicated to the memory of the soul of Mikael, the Deceased son of Sdépan Balian the pilgrim, at the Three Saints Church in Kutaia. 1809."
