An escutcheon stands in a landscape with classical ruins. Printed on it: "RECUEIL / de differentes Etudes / de Testes / Gravées d'apres les Desseins / d'Excellens Maitres des / differentes Ecolles"; signed, bottom left, on a stone slab: "J Legeau inv. Et. Sculp." Bottom Margin: Another signature of Le Geau's is hardly visible, and the address of a publisher deleted. Instead: "A Paris chés Le Pere et Avaulez rue S. Jacques."
