Doll-brooch wearing woollen fustanella (skirt-like men's garment). Greece, 1943. The doll was made in Greece for Near East Foundation and sold in America to help Greece. On the back of the card, the buyer's handwritten note is pinned: "I bought this myself, to help Greek Relief, 1943".
