Unknown Maker

This is a Japanese cabinet of constructed of rosewood and decorated with shell, mother of pearl and ivory overlay. It is dated to the Meiji period (1875-1900). The decoration consists of figures, birds, and flowers.
A metal plaque inscribed 'Presented by Mrs Sarah Ann Richardson late of 78 Fitzharris Avenue'.
