Goblet-shaped, with straight, slightly flaring sides, on a spool stem with central knop, thick flat circular foot, a pouring spout at lip; cut with vertical flutes bottom of sides, above that a band engraved with "CORK CORPORATION" and fine diamonds; ground pontil mark bottom.
