Fragment of panel of pale blue silk grosgrain with border embroidered in gold metal thread and sequins in design of stiff symmetrical flower sprays connected by a linked chain. Gold ribbon on three edges. Lined with white linen embroidered in cotton cross-stitch, lining probably part of a skirt originally.
