Creamware pitcher decorated with black transfer print. On one side of the pitcher is a portrait of George Washington, surrounded by Liberty, Justice, and a Native American woman. The names of the 15 states are written on wreaths, with stars, surrounding Washington. The other side depicts a ship, with an American flag, sailing in the green ocean. There is another ship in the distance. Underneath the spout, is an eagle with the united States motto and fifteen stars above the eagle.
