Skirt from a four-piece burgundy wool woman's suit. Made of purple wool, skirt is made of five panels with a flat front. There are button "closure" details over two sets of side pleats at either side--two sets of velvet buttons over flaps with purple and lilac contrasting piping details over overstitched pleats--overstitching ends after the button detail flaps. Scalloped self trim trimmed with piping in the back of full skirt. Red wool tape hem facing. Small interior pocket.
