Sugar Bowl, from a Breakfast Service (Sucrier; Déjeuner Mosaïque Florentine)

Circular flat-based vase-shaped bowl (a); cover (b) with incurved shoulder and flat top, acorn finial. Lion mask handle at each side. Cover and handles entirely gilded. Decorated en suite with set: four large roundels with birds, six with butterflies.
