Waistcoat

Waistcoat of cream-white satin with a subtle striped pattern has a standing collar, straight bottom and straight pocket edges. Front is printed with detached motifs of Greco-Roman style rotundas, temples, urns, and floral motifs. Edges have a narrow border in a blue-green leaf pattern. Bottom scenes, beneath pockets, have young women adoring Cupid. Putti are also playing on a swing and preparing for a hunt with dogs, French horn and an arrow.
