Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Partner Success and Operations Manager to oversee the onboarding and implementation of Smartify software and hardware at partner sites. This is a partner-facing role and includes everything from setting up the experience and on-site training, to ensuring the long-term success and satisfaction with our solutions through ongoing KPI tracking and technical functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Project Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contract during the implementation phase, building strong relationships with partners.
    • Plan, coordinate and execute partner implementation projects ensuring timely and successful delivery.
    • Working with Smartify team and Partner stakeholders to Understand partner needs and tailor implementation plans to align mutually agreed goals and objectives.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation and risk management strategies.
    • Collaboration cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, product, design, content, support).
  • Account Management & Operations:
    • Day to Day Operational Management
    • Scheduling and managing logistics deliveries.
    • Regular on-site visits to partner sites to assess and quality assure hardware and operations.
    • Regular on-site visits to partner sites to lead training sessions for visitor service staff and stakeholder management.
    • Develop success metrics and conduct regular check-ins to track progress against defined objectives
    • Advocate for partner needs within the organization to enhance satisfaction and retention.
    • Conduct regular status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing potential roadblocks.
    • Liaising with third-party vendors for deliverables and contract management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5 years of experience in project management, partner success of a similar role.  Onsite operations experience in visitor or heritage attractions is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in IT support desirable. 
  • Proven track record of management in multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Experience working in SaaS, tech, visitor experience or a related industry preferred.
